Notes:
David Conner was born in Quebec, Canada; went to New York State then to Michigan in 1838. Was a carriage maker in Utica. Married Sarah Price in 1842. Had a son, Edwin E. Conner who married Ella George.
Adam Price built the first mill in Utica and the second house. His brother Jacob Price built the first house in Utica. Samuel Cheney Price, son of Jacob, built the Mt. Clemens Leader Building, and was owner of the paper.
