It is a pinback button with a hanging ribbon (about 7 inches long). The button at the top has a photo of a man with the caption “Capt. S. Duncan”. On the ribbon attached to the button, it says “19th Reunion of 4th Kentucky Cavalry C.S.A. at Milton, Sept 29th, 1910.
