I am looking for information on Lena Emma HUMMELL/HUMMEL born in December
1903 in Utica,Michigan. Her mother died when she was 13 months old and she
was raised by another family. Her father and mother had both been married
before: he with 7 children and her with 4. They had four together. Lena
married Alstern RIECK who was born in July of 1900 in Utica. They were
married in 1923 in Utica. I am searching - so far unsuccessfully - for
information on both's parents and grandparents. Lena is my husband's
grandmother. She is living in Tennessee now.Any - Any - Any information
would be greatly appreciated!!!!!! Thank you!

Please post inquiry for PERREAULT Surname as family living in New
Haven, Michigan (Macomb County)sometime around 1880 to 1900's - Family
consisted of Cephus (father), Minnie (mother), Albert (son), Tufold
(son),Florence (daughter), Angeline (daughter), Louise (daughter). I
am not sure of some of the spellings of the first names (Cephus,
Tufold). It is my understanding the Perreault family migrated from
Trois Rivere, Canada. Angeline was my grandmother, and married a
Roto-engraver, Joseph Gallagher, who worked for Detroit News. Albert
Perreault became a vessel captain on the Great Lakes, and lived with
his sister, Louise Perreault in River Rouge, Michigan until there
deaths. Louise was elected Treasurer of the City of River Rouge in the
1930's. Anyone related or knowing anything about PERREAULT surname
please E-mail me.
***Update - December 1 2002 - just thought I would mention since my last inquiry regarding Perreault family of Macomb County......I learned from my aunt that her mother Angela Montpas was married to Sifroy Perreault. Apparently both families Montpas and Perreault had roots in Trois Rivere Canada, and later met and married in Macomb County sometime later. Thanks for all your help.

RIVARD Family Home Page
The other "dit names" that are also Rivard cousins are LORANGER,
LACOURSIERE, LANOUETTE, DUFRESNE, MAISONVILLE, BELLEFEUILLE, LAVIGNE, and
PREVILLE.
Many of the Rivard family, that centered in Detroit, expanded out to Macomb
County, including my g-grandparents.
